II. What Data Do We Process?

We process data of:

users of the https://nudelta.pl website (“Service”);
persons using the Nu Delta Platform and demo accounts;
individuals contacting us (via email, forms, LinkedIn);
newsletter subscribers;
representatives of B2B clients (companies);
participants of meetings, events, and trade fairs.

Platform Users:

IV. Is Providing Data Mandatory?

In B2B relationships, we may obtain contact data from public sources (CEIDG, KRS, company websites).

In B2B projects, Nu Delta acts as a data processor (on behalf of the client). Details are governed by a data processing agreement.
